He's one of the most valuable pieces in the Windmill puzzles and we couldn't do without him heading up the team at Mc and Sons.
AJ is General Manager of our Irish Pub and ironically his favourite pint is a cold smooth Guinness.
He's always been a favourite of our regular customers, but when not chatting away, enjoys getting on his bike for long cycle rides. Not only that, he enjoys getting creative with cooking, but you certainly won't be finding any Brussel sprouts in his recipes!
